I'm working under CentOS 6.4 + Openstack Havana.

After install dashboard, I get error in /var/log/httpd/error_log:

@chen-li. Did you resolve this? I'm seeing a similar error after following the steps in the configuration manual to enable SSL.

This looks like a packaging issue to me. Set the LOCAL_PATH='/tmp' in /etc/openstack-dashboard/local_settings, restart HTTP and then try to access the dashboard.

I just faced the same problem in Juno release. Setting LOCAL_PATH = '/tmp' to /etc/openstack-dashboard/local_settings resolved the problem. It's better to add the same to the install guide http://docs.openstack.org/juno/install-guide/install/yum/openstack-install-guide-yum-juno.pdf (http://docs.openstack.org/juno/instal...)
