Hi guys, I installed OpenStack Juno with allinoneon one node, and I want to add another node as a compute node. I am trying to follow this short guide: https://www.rdoproject.org/Adding_a_c... and I see that in my packstack answers file I don't have: CONFIG_NOVA_COMPUTE_HOSTS and CONFIG_NOVA_NETWORK_HOSTS attributes..

What should I do?

Feedback provided by @prasad9920 is not correct.
http://oddbit.com/rdo-hangout-multino... has nothing in common with your question.
Once you have AIO Node you have Controller/Network/Compute nodes running together on the same host. Update your answer file as follows

EXCLUDE_SERVERS = IP-OF-AIO-HOST
CONFIG_COMPUTE_HOSTS = IP-OF-NEW-HOST  ( supposed to be new Compute )

Then take care of

CONFIG_NOVA_COMPUTE_PRIVIF=eth1
CONFIG_NOVA_NETWORK_PRIVIF=eth1
CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_TUNNEL_IF=eth1

If you have second NIC for VXLAN tunnel endpoint, otherwise set all of mentioned entries to eth0.
Rerun packstack with updated answer-file and second Compute Node will be added. Due to Ethernet names on CentOS 7.X won't be eth(X). Say enp2s0 (eth0), enp3s0 (eth1)
They must match on both boxes, otherwise it won't work . Actually , you might have to switch to classic
names like eth(X) on CentOS 7.X , but it will result running all stuff over again.

Hi,

if you want to add compute node and network node you need 2 more images (total 3, 1 for controller, 1 for compute and 1 for network) or machine so you can configure it. check following url to clear the Architecture http://oddbit.com/rdo-hangout-multinode-packstack-slides/#/5 (http://oddbit.com/rdo-hangout-multino...) also check answer file search on google "packstack answer file oddbit" for configuration.
