I am using Ubuntu 14.04.3. I add the openstack-install script. After selecting the type of install (Single), and then entering the password the script exits back to the command prompt. I am attempting this on a PowerEdge 2950 server with dual 4 core processors, 16 GB of ram and 250gb of disk space. I have not been able to find any reference to this issue. These are the commands that I am using. I got them from a youtube video. link:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsaoU254gAc

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install software-properties-common
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:cloud-installer/stable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ssh
sudo apt-get install htop
sudo apt-get install ntop
sudo apt-get install openstack
sudo apt-get update
ifconfig (check IP)
sudo openstack-install
enter pass
select singles

Thanks, Robert McMahan

Check to make sure your CPUs support VT-d/EPT or AMD-V/RVI - I ran into this issue when attempting to build my lab inside VMware Workstation. Same steps, works now and am looking at the install progress.
