When installing ironic with the manual :http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ironic/deploy/install-guide.html (Bare Metal service Installation Guide), I got some confusions as below:

  1. In the section "Configure Networking to communicate with the bare metal server", all operations was about how to config with neutron network. can ironic work with nova-network?

  2. the ironic install manual assumes that the Identity, Image, Compute, and Networking services have already been set up, does it means that ironic still need VT support although it provisions physical hardware as opposed to virtual machines, because compute service(nova-compute) has dependency with libvirt, qemu-kvm and so on.

any suggestions will be appreciated,thanks.
