When trying to allocate an instance on a Virtuozzo 7 (OpenVZ). I get the following error in the nova-compute.log on the VZ7 compute node.

2015-09-18 11:47:10.347 4148 TRACE nova.compute.manager [instance: 34e320d3-5fee-4ea9-9711-904faa83f614] libvirtError: internal error: The br100 virtual network does not exist. Specify another network.

I do have the bridge up and running on this machine.

[root@anders-24 nova]# ifconfig br100: flags=4163<up,broadcast,running,multicast> mtu 1500 inet 10.0.106.21 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 10.0.106.255 inet6 fe80::a21d:48ff:feb5:beb prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x20<link> ether a0:1d:48:b5:0b:eb txqueuelen 0 (Ethernet) RX packets 7711 bytes 720984 (704.0 KiB) RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0 TX packets 46 bytes 7023 (6.8 KiB) TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0

Anyone have any experience with this? Ideas on how to proceed?

Thanks!

The resolution to this was to set the firewall_driver to the below.

firewall_driver=nova.virt.firewall.NoopFirewallDriver
