I am new to python , can anyone tell the exact meaning of the following lines in this path

path=/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/neutronclient/v2_0/client.py line no: 354, 355

Its a Python Path we add modules and files to Python path because Python goes through to search for modules through this path (which is essentially a list). So if you want to append anything to Python path you can also do that through sys module

import sys
sys.path.append("/paht/dir")

If it is a directory (security_group_rule_path = "/security-group-rules/%s" ) security-group-rules is a directory . how they are passing arguments to the folder....can you please explain it clear.
