Is it possible to setup Openstack lab on VMWare ESXI cluster?

The plan to setup 1 controller, 1 neutron, 1 compute host in a VMWare cluster. If possible what are the consideration for VMWare distributed switch?

Thanks for your reply. I am trying to run Openstack in VMWare VMs and not as compute node.

I already setup a QEMU compute node & Neutron node in VMWare VM. The issue is the instance is not getting IP address from DHCP running on Neutron. I don't see any DHCP traffic. Tried with both VxLAN & VLAN
