slow connection between openstack vms and external network

hi friends I am kumar. I'm using openstack juno multinode(controller, compute, network nodes at different machines) in ubuntu 12.04 server. Contoller is running in normal Dell machine. Neutron(Network) and Compute nodes are running in PowerEdge servers.

Now I am getting slow connection between the vm an external network. TCP transmission works only to send 1024 bytes from external network to VM(TCP listen() service is running) and requires sleep timeout also before sending next subsequent chunks. SCP file transfer stalled at 0% itself form external to vm network.

I applied dhcp configuration by enabling the DHCP MTU option (26) and configure it to 1454 bytes from (from default 1500 MTU) as given in the openstack documentation of neutron http://docs.openstack.org/juno/install-guide/install/apt/content/neutron-network-node.html (http://docs.openstack.org/juno/instal...) I tried switching of tso gro gso and added other tcp configurations also as given in below link https://ask.openstack.org/en/question/25306/slow-network-speed-between-vm-and-external/ (https://ask.openstack.org/en/question...)

still i am facing slow connection... please help me to solve this issue if you know how to adjust it. thanks in advance
