Could you post your ml2_conf.ini from Network Node.

Yes, you need to post the data from Ml2. Ensure that you have configured the allowed types as well, and that you have enough segmentation IDs to cover all of the networks you are creating.

The letter case matters when specifying provider:network_type, ensure you use vlan instead of VLAN:

neutron net-create --tenant-id services  --shared --router:external --provider:network_type vlan --provider:physical_network default --provider:segmentation_id 150 ext
