dashboard refuse to be opened Error 500

I installed Kilo openstack on ubuntu 14.04 according to provided installation guide, i installed and configure dashboard by the manual when i first time to open dashboard web browser returned the following error python 2.7 and python-django also running on the controller node

i also find some error in the /var/log/apache2/error.log

I removed and reinstall dashboard, the problem was solved.

still got the same issue, is there any other resolution? already tested on adding %{GLOBAL} at the site-enabled file and run python compress No way out. Also reinstall the dashboard, no luck
