Hi
On a multi-node Kilo, running on Ubuntu 14.04, have a mix of KVM and docker compute nodes, which are working fine. On one of the docker nodes cloned git+https://github.com/stackforge/nova-docker, made a local change: From:

   def _create_container(self, instance, image_name, args):
        name = "nova-" + instance['uuid']
        args.update({'name': self._encode_utf8(name)})
        return self.docker.create_container(image_name, **args)

To:

   def _create_container(self, instance, image_name, args):
        name = "nova-test-" + instance['uuid']
        args.update({'name': self._encode_utf8(name)})
        return self.docker.create_container(image_name, **args)

Issued "sudo python setup.py install", and instantiated a docker node on that machine:

nova boot  --flavor m1.medium --image rastasheep/ubuntu-sshd:14.04 --nic net-id=1b036b8e-56cb-4d06-afe0-1b5c28587eaf --security-group default --key-na
me lab_admin --availability-zone Docker:lab-dk01 dk1

And noted that name prefix has not changed:

~$ docker ps
CONTAINER ID IMAGE COMMAND CREATED STATUS PORTS NAMES
1e07d2859f97        rastasheep/ubuntu-sshd:14.04   "/usr/sbin/sshd -D"   35 seconds ago      Up 34 seconds                           nova-013f1657-f84b-457e-a44a-979e9be85488

Seems I am missing a step. Any ideas?
Cheers,
