While running the ./stach.sh I am getting the below error - 2015-07-21 20:04:18.841 | ERROR (ConnectionRefused): Unable to establish connection to http://10.0.2.15:8774/v2/c199aa06389a4c8c85dffddad18fce1b/flavors/detail (http://10.0.2.15:8774/v2/c199aa06389a...) 2015-07-21 20:04:18.899 | ++ available_flavors= 2015-07-21 20:04:18.901 | + exit_trap 2015-07-21 20:04:18.903 | + local r=1 2015-07-21 20:04:18.904 | ++ jobs -p 2015-07-21 20:04:18.908 | + jobs= 2015-07-21 20:04:18.909 | + [[ -n '' ]] 2015-07-21 20:04:18.909 | + kill_spinner 2015-07-21 20:04:18.912 | + '[' '!' -z '' ']' 2015-07-21 20:04:18.913 | + [[ 1 -ne 0 ]] 2015-07-21 20:04:18.913 | + echo 'Error on exit' 2015-07-21 20:04:18.914 | Error on exit 2015-07-21 20:04:18.914 | + [[ -z /opt/stack/logs ]] 2015-07-21 20:04:18.914 | + /home/deb/devstack/tools/worlddump.py -d /opt/stack/logs 2015-07-21 20:04:20.433 | + exit 1 deb@Devstack:~/devstack$

have you tried re-running the stack.sh do you get this error on multiple runs. for me running unstack.sh and running stack.sh helps to solve some errors. since the above is the API call connection refused, i assume you are running in multi host setup in this case try the curl command when it fails.

I tried running stack.sh multiple times after running ./unstack.sh & ./clean.sh but getting the same error. I am installing Devstack in a single Virtual machine (Ubuntu 14.04).The problem i feel is the resource crunch though the error does not reflect any resourse crunch. I have assigned only 1 GB

As you are running all in one config try with 2 GB

Yeh..with 2 GB ram, installation was successful. Also can able to login into Horizon (UI) but cant create instance/volumes, again probably due to hardware crunch. Only 70-80MB of Ram is available post installation.
