Hello all,

I am trying to install monasca for a long time but I couldn't. First I tried to install by using this documentation from this link then I found a vagrant solution from link

In vagrant solution, I've got this error on smoke test phase and I couldn't find a solution for this error. Smoke_Test_Phase_Error

In last, i found and tried a docker container for monasca but i couldnt be succesful again. Docker container is here Docker_Continer_Monasca

This is important for me because this is my one of the internship projects.

My system informations are like below.

CPU 1 Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU L5640 @ 2.27GHz (6 Cores) CPU 2 Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU L5640 @ 2.27GHz (6 Cores) Memory 8192 MB

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 server edition.

Can you help me ?

Thanks.

You could try installing Monasca using Ansible:

well first i faced this problem, but now both of the smoke tests are successful, i think the services it is downloading like influxDB etc are older versions, try to change the source URLs in configuration files.

I am trying to install monasca in my ubuntu 14.04 mitaka openstack. My first doubt is that Monasca has to be installed on top on Mitaka (openstack) or we need to create VM in openstack and install monasca on that VM ?

Please help me to understand.

Thanks, KKK
