I have RDO/Havana all in one setup on Centos6. I created two fedora VMs and installed corosync from GIT and when looking at /var/log/messages I get:

Nov 28 18:39:27 fedora1 corosync[21947]: [TOTEM ] Invalid packet data
Nov 28 18:39:27 fedora1 corosync[21947]: [TOTEM ] Incoming packet has different crypto type. Rejecting
Nov 28 18:39:27 fedora1 corosync[21947]: [TOTEM ] Received message has invalid digest... ignoring.
Nov 28 18:39:27 fedora1 corosync[21947]: [TOTEM ] Invalid packet data

Nov 28 18:39:27 fedora1 corosync[21947]: [TOTEM ] Invalid packet data

Back on the host I checked the name space:

[root@hv1 ~]# ip netns exec qrouter-1462c783-a98c-4b16-ad0a-b288fb2fc7cf tcpdump -i any not port 22 -vv

Am I understanding that the fedora1 machine is an openstack instance and you want to test HA across two fedora instances inside openstack?

I would recommend using pacemaker and pcs to do this.

pacemaker uses corosync under the covers but when you start pacemaker (and pcsd if you can) then you can use pcs to do the configuration. Pcs and pcsd can take care of lots of the heavy lifting to setup pacemaker and make it pretty easy to get started with.

I'm pretty sure pacemaker pcs and pcsd are all part of fedora.
