when I run Keystone endpoint script.

https://github.com/mseknibilel/OpenStack-Grizzly-Install-Guide/blob/OVSMultiNode/KeystoneScripts/keystoneendpoints_basic.sh

I am getting below result. tenant_id is retained as text... or it need to have a value? Is this correct?

Yes, this is correct behavior. It gets substituted accordingly at run-time when a tenant requests a service/endpoint list.

This formatting makes it easier for services that require additional segments after the tenant ID, as well as for deployers who need to change the URL schemes a bit.
