Not able to launch more than 5 instances in openstack

I have devstack icehouse in my ubuntu machine, and i am able to launch instances through command line But i am not able to launch more than 5 instances. When i launch 6th instance it shows error.

I anyone help me out from this issue.

Probably don't have enough resources in your system. By default openstack have an overcommit of 1:16 of CPU and 1:1.5 of RAM. That means that if you are launching 5 instances with 512 MB of RAM, you need in your devstack system at least 2GB of RAM only for running instances. If that's not the case, provide us more information to look deeper. Regards

Its shows resources are available in dashboard

Check default quota limits of your tenant.
