Ok.. So you come into a new environment, just started work, and you can login to the controller via ssh. How would you go about finding all of the rest of the servers and map out their connections and services?

Rules You can install nothing and only use whatever scripts you can make or tools in the RHEL Server the controller is running on.

You may want to edit your question to add more details. I think that most people use automatic deployment and configuration systems, like ansible or puppet, so which hosts run which services are described in playbooks and manifests.
