HA of controller node

Dear Team, I install 2 controller of same configuration.

I want a HA of controller node , when one of controller node goes down then other controller node will carry all the service of openstack in that node . PLZ guide me the step which i follow .

I install juno on both controller with mysql on both node.

Hi chandan,

take a look at drbd9, this will probably solve your request.

Cinder driver is merged upstream (again):

nova driver is pending and waiting for approval (still -1):

You can either make your controller redundant with drbd or you can run two controller nodes at the same time using a MySQL galera cluster, haproxy and load balance your controllers.
