run "openstack overcloud deploy --plan-uuid "xxx"" whit cert file error [closed]

I try to deploy overcloud through RDO-Manager with command :openstack overcloud deploy --plan-uuid "xxx"

but i got some message like this:

ERROR: openstack 'cinderv2'

TripleO (formerly RDO-Manager) has changed a great deal in the last year. Can you verify that this issue is still ongoing. (Will close "outdated" in 30 days if we don't hear back. Thanks.)
