Hi,

I have install OpenStack Kilo on Ubuntu 15.04 with nova. I follow the guide installation, but when I try the Keystone api, I have this error:

root@host:/home# openstack --os-auth-url http://controller:35357 --os-project-domain-id default --os-user-domain-id default --os-project-name admin --os-username admin --os-auth-type password   token issue

    return fmt.format(record)

    s = self._fmt % record.__dict__
UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xea' in position 27: ordinal not in range(128)
Logged from file app.py, line 308

Can you help me because I don't understand why ? (I follow this http://docs.openstack.org/kilo/install-guide/install/apt/content/keystone-install.html)

Thank you

This is my least favorite error. Its related to https://ask.openstack.org/en/question...

Basically the openstack api has issued a character Latin Small Letter E With Circumflex.
