I deployed an openstack environment.

But by an wrong operation, the controller node is in error state. To troubleshoot the problem is not easy.

So if I can migrate the compute node into another new environment, then I dont need to solve the complicated problem. I dont know whether I thought in the right way.

Fuel doesn't provide such a functionality (yet). You can move the compute node by creating an image of it on some drive (by using Clonezilla, for instance), plugit to the other server and extract it on the disk, reconfigure the network on the compute node accordingly with the network settings of the new cluster, reconfigure the new controller/s (database, queue) to make neutron, nova, cinder and the other services (like ceilometer agents) recognized and available...
