I'm using Grizzly on Ubuntu and when i try to download EC2 credentials from dashboard i'm getting the message "Unable to fetch".

Apache log has

[error] \x1b[31;1mRecoverable error: The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation. (HTTP 500) (Request-ID: req-27ef143c-ca2f-435b-b62c-980ef15e1cc2)\x1b[0m

Anywhere to look for hints?

Is there a stack trace before that error in the logs? You should also look into the nova logs, which should contain more information.

Thanks for the answer. nova-cert was not running (it is not well documented when to start it). After starting nova-cert, downloading works without issues.
