Hyper-V virtualization platform manual installation problem.

I try to install manually Hyper-V virtualization platform by using this manual http://docs.openstack.org/kilo/config...

and I have some problem with Nova installation

PS C:\>python setup.py install

I am getting error see below

Please advise... I have Windows Server 2012 R2 with Hyper-V installed on it.

Try install win_unicode_console package, the same error with unicode.

Hi, i solved upgrading the setuptools running: pip install -U setuptools
