Neutron server socket is taken by workers

Hi all, I'm setting up server with 8 workers and when the parent process is killed by "kill -9 pid" It cannot go up again because the file descriptor that is using the port is inherited by one of the workers. How can I fork the workers with inheriting the opened-fd from the parent?

Thanks

If your query is regarding ports getting stolen by clients then you can reserve the ports using net.ipv4.ip_local_reserved_ports sysctl parameter.

sysctl -w net.ipv4.ip_local_reserved_ports = 10001,10002,10002
sysctl -p
