In file /etc/heat/heat.conf, I set 'debug=true'. Does it mean that the log will show debug/error messages? How to test heat logs include debug information? Thanks.

Yes. Should I set it to False if I don't want the log include Info/Warning information? Thanks.

In /etc/heat/heat.conf set:

debug=true

start heat engine and see if you get debug level messages like:

$ heat-engine

DEBUG heat.engine.service [] Starting listener for engine

etc...
