Openstack Dashboard gets 500 Internal Server Error [closed]

Following the Juno/Ubuntu install docs on

Everything up till this point is functional.

When I try and hit the http://controller/horizon URL, I get an ISE/500 error from Apache.

The relevant bits from the apache error_log:
