For poc/test environments yes..I suggest to use packstack if you are doing it the first time. something like "packstack --install-hosts=195.121.130.176,195.121.130.177" . This would install control/netowrk and compute node.

View answer file provided by http://lxer.com/module/newswire/view/...

CONFIG_NOVA_COMPUTE_PRIVIF=eth1
CONFIG_NOVA_NETWORK_PUBIF=eth0
CONFIG_NOVA_NETWORK_PRIVIF=eth1
CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_TUNNEL_IF=eth1

If you will replace any "eth1" entry by "eth0" , then eth0's on both Controller&&Network and Compute Nodes
will work as VTEPs ( VXLAN TUNNEL END POINTS ) . It is acceptable for POC environment.

Use neutron, with either vxlan or gre tunnels for your tenant network. Then use a bridge to create your br-ex. within the answer file set the tunnel interface to eth0.

CONFIG_NEUTRON_OVS_TUNNEL_IF=eth0

Then setup the br-ex the following link from the rdoproject describes setting up the bridge to use your existing eth0 for external network access as well.
