hi made for changes in the cluster after launched rebalance. Then run the command swift-dispersion-report also performed swift-dispersion-populate

swift-dispersion-report 100% whether I ever made? rebalance process is completed?

Hi, 100% means that your swift environment is perfecty healthy.

root@swift-srv:/etc/swift# swift-ring-builder object.builder rebalance No partitions could be reassigned. Either none need to be or none can be due to min_part_hours [1].
