Actually i configured FUEL master node. After that while configuring slave nodes i tried to install Ubuntu or CentOS using PXE boot, but it is failing, But when i configured compute node (and also cinder) FUEL is automatically installing Ubuntu in both these nodes and on top of that it is installing compute and cinder.

So is it not possible to install Linux directly?

Greetings, Sujaykumar,

You may provision Linux without any role with Fuel command line interface only. Please find the link to the command line reference manual below: (

Fuel UI has no such feature for simplicity reasons.

Kind regards, Miroslav Anashkin, L2 support engineer, Fuel Core Team | Mirantis Inc.
