Im trying to install openstack onto my machine to test it. I followed the tutorial for the all-in-one and created a user as it stated. I logged in as the user following the tutorial but upon entering ./stack.sh I get this error:

Check the permissions of the devstack folder..try setting the ownership of the devstack folder to the user and re run it.

Well it has passed that area where it did crashed before thank you! Just for anyone else that gets stuck and looks at this question. As @Rakesh has stated check your devstack ownership then use:

sudo chown -R (your username) devstack/
