Which dashboard does an end-user connect to within OpenStack tripleo environment

I have a running OpenStack HP Helion community edition in which I can create instances and connect to the OpenStack components through http and ssh. I am looking at this throughout a sysadmin point of view and I was wondering to which dashboard I am connecting as an end-user? Meaning the people that will use my private cloud's resources; Are they making a connection through the seed host and is this seed forwarding them to the correct instance of OpenStack via the seed VM, or are they connecting directly to the OpenStack component without interference of the seed?

When I am looking for information about this topic, I could only find hands-on labs which describe "how to login in the dashboard", etc but this is not what I am looking for.

Can anyone clarify this?

An end user should connect to the Overcloud Horizon GUI (see HP Helion Community).

As it is based on TripleO, if you prefer that terminology, an end user shoul connect to the Workload Cloud Horizon GUI (check TripleO architecture overview)
