internal server 500 dashboard juno

I have configured juno multi node setup. But when I am trying to access horizon it is throwing internal server error 500

I have checked the vi /var/log/apache2/error.log I got the bellow errors

I use dpkq --purge na remove the package then again I installed, It WORKED ME.

Make sure your /etc/openstack-dashboard/local_settings has entries :-

CACHES = {
    'default': {
        'BACKEND': 'django.core.cache.backends.memcached.MemcachedCache',
        'LOCATION': '127.0.0.1:11211',
