This is a little short on information. What base OS are you running? Does the installer leave any other files in /tmp/logs? Is this your first attempt at a Devstack install?

Can you please explain in question and edit the title. Run ./rejoin stack and post the errors.

In my opinion the most effective workaround to fix the "(Is it on sys.path? Is there an import error in the settings file?)"-Error is the answer of shanemgreyat http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1411417/how-do-i-stop-getting-importerror-could-not-import-settings-mofin-settings-wh (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14...)

In my case the solution was to rename the openstack-dashboard folder inside /usr/share/openstack-dashboard/ to an unique name (openstack-dashboard1/ e.g.)

At least relink the /usr/share/openstack-dashboard/static to the renamed /usr/share/openstack-dashboard/openstack-dashboard1/static/ directory!

I hope this will work for you, too.

Best regards

Make sure python-pbr is installed:

apt-get install python-pbr

If that doesn't help.. please run again and post the entire log.

I have the same error and someone filed a bug to OpenStack on this:

How is this the same issue? That bug refers to "no module named pathlib". OP's error shows, "no module named angular_cookies".
