Want to monitor VMs using nagios and want parameters like load_on_cpu,Total_memory, Free_memory, Used_memory to be displayed on browser ? Someone please suggest how this can be achieved ?

I am using openstack juno on Centos7. There is 1 Controller Node and 2 Compute Nodes. I want to monitor Virtual Machines on these 2 Compute nodes. I want following parameters to be displayed on Nagios browser- STATUS LOAD_ON_CPU TOTAL_MEMORY FREE_MEMORY USED_MEMORY Also, I want these parameters to be transferred to scheduler code in manager.py file as well as text file. what should I do? Please Help
