Hi Guys,

I am trying to create block storage(Cinder) in centos 7. I am referring to instructions from the link below,

http://docs.openstack.org/juno/instal...

My problem is when i run the command,

yum install openstack-cinder targetcli python-oslo-db MySQL-python

I get the following errors,

No package openstack-cinder available.

No package python-oslo-db available.

For some reason it cant find above packages. Has anyone faced this issue? Please help as i need to get this running asap. Thanks!

The OpenStack packages used by the guide are not part of CentOS but are instead provided by the RDO repositories. Steps to enable them are covered in an earlier section:

http://docs.openstack.org/juno/instal...

There is no need to use pip for this task nor to grab random RPMs off rpmfind, they are in the repository.
