Where can i get documentation on running openstack from source?

You probably want to use Devstack, which will automate the setup of OpenStack from the latest commits in Git: http://devstack.org/

Refer to the developer documentation for each project:

http://docs.openstack.org/developer/openstack-projects.html

Or use devstack ( http://devstack.org/ ) to automate an installation from the source trees. Note that a devstack environment is typically not suited to production use.
