Juno L3 HA router not shown in Horizon Network Topo

When I create an L3 HA router (neutron router-create --ha True) the router is created and all works well however the router does not show up in the Horizon Network Topology screen. It does show up in the Routers list. I can't seem to find any errors in the horizon or neutron logs pointing to the issue.

The setup is built from a Packstack on CentOS 7 setup. The L3 HA function works fine, it is just an issue with the router not showing up in the Network Topo view.

Has anyone else seen this?
