error in code for creating identity service API endpoints

Check if the database is properly populated, if not do the following:

su -s /bin/sh -c "keystone-manage db_sync" keystone

Also check if the database section in keystone.conf is right and the OS_SERVICE_TOKEN you have sourced is the same as you configured in config file (admin_token = <YOUR_GENERATED_TOKEN>). Regards
