I'd like to setup Havana with Neutron in a multi-node scenario, similar to the way you can use nova-network on multiple compute nodes. Does anyone have any information on doing this?

First of all take a look here: https://github.com/mseknibilel/OpenStack-Grizzly-Install-Guide There is insufficient difference between quantum and neutron.

Interesting, but it doesn't address setting up neutron on each compute node. And I still need a dedicated network node, which is what I'm trying to avoid.

There is no need to have separated network node. On a compute node all you need is just install openvswitch-agent, on controller you have to install all neutron services (dhcp, l3, ovs)
