Hi all. I'm still working in my HA Openstack Platform and trying to follow the Openstack HA guide.

Apparently, if we follow the guide, everything is possible ... but not for Neutron Agents (L3 and others).

We can read in this ha guide a note about modifying Pacemaker Resource Agents to change active node hostname, so the switchover may happen smoothly, but no further info about it.

Is there any information about how to modify this Pacemaker RA's?

I suggest that you just failover the neutron agents to run on the another node in case of a failover is issued. Start the services on the new node and the agents will be recreated on this node and set the proxy to point to the new agents with a listen bind technique. Sure, that will need to be automated.
