juno packstack failed : keystone error

ERROR : Error appeared during Puppet run: 173.36.x.x_keystone.pp
Error: Execution of '/usr/bin/yum -d 0 -e 0 -y install python-openstackclient' returned 1: Error: Package: 2:python-oslo-config-1.4.0-1.el7.centos.noarch (openstack-juno)
You will find full trace in log /var/tmp/packstack/20150320-024805-c_njEM/manifests/173.36.X.x_keystone.pp.log
Please check log file /var/tmp/packstack/20150320-024805-c_njEM/openstack-setup.log for more information
Additional information:
 * A new answerfile was created in: /root/packstack-answers-20150320-024805.txt
 * Time synchronization installation was skipped. Please note that unsynchronized time on server instances might be problem for some OpenStack components.
 * File /root/keystonerc_admin has been created on OpenStack client host 173.36.x.x. To use the command line tools you need to source the file.
 * To access the OpenStack Dashboard browse to http://173.36.x.x/dashboard .
Please, find your login credentials stored in the keystonerc_admin in your home directory.
 * To use Nagios, browse to http://173.36.x.x/nagios username: nagiosadmin, password: 13c1cb579df24eee

Hi Admin, tried same. checking the log file requires python-webob

yum install python-webob -y

Just try :-

yum -y install python-openstackclient

before running packstack
