I am also trying to have multiple regions in dashboard, During login it asks to select region from dropdown but when i login and wants to select other region from dropdown it doesn't do any thing , it still stay with the same screen. below is my setting...

AVAILABLE_REGIONS = [('http://xxxx:5000/v2.0', 'region1'),('http://yyyyyy:5000/v2.0', 'region2')]

OPENSTACK_HOST = "127.0.0.1"

OPENSTACK_KEYSTONE_URL = "http://%s:5000/v2.0"

OPENSTACK_KEYSTONE_DEFAULT_ROLE = "_member_"

Please let me know what to do in this case.

Also plz let me know how to configure multiple region with multiple keystone but same token so that whenever we change region from dropdown ,it shouldn't ask the password.

Thanks a lot in advance.

You can not have multiple keystone (using different db or different ldap) and expect to use the same password. If you want to have a unified user experience for users then you need to have a unified keystone.

You need use the same database back end or same LDAP back end for each regions keystone.

Are your keystones using the SAME database backed or different sql databases to store users?

each keystone has its own DB....well, first i m interested rite now is that how i can login in multiple regions by passing corresponding credentials as well as wants to switch the regions from dropdown (rite upper corner after login).

I am able to get region dropdown after login but when i am selecting other region from dropdown, it should take me to login screen for that region atleast so that i can pass the keystone creds and login to that region.

Once above thing is done then i want to know if it is possible to have switching between regions without passing the keystone password(remember we have same creds for all region but each region has its own keystone DB).
