I have configured the OpenStack with brocade switch under ML2 plugin. But I am confused whether to install open switch-switch agent! and do I wanna configure bridges like br-ex & br-int for using brocade switch plugin?

I haven't used this, but I had a look at the repos and think it works as follows. There is an ML2 brocade mechanism driver and a L3 router service plugin. You will also need the linuxbridge or ovs agent and that mechanism driver for local switching (vms on same node) and tagging/untagging the packets and security groups. Linuxbridge is much simplier and you do not have to create bridges, just specify the interfaces. The brocade switches will do L2 switching between physical nodes and L3 "routing" between neutron subnets.
