How to solve Error: cinder type-create iscsi returned 1 instead of one of [0] ?

I am trying to install Openstack Juno version using packstack on CentOs 7.

I wanted to deploy 1 controller node and 2 compute nodes. I made changes to the packstack answer file created to deploy openstack for the same.

It gives the cinder error mentioned above. Please suggest how to resolve this.

Make sure before installation you have yum updated all the node (Controller as well as Compute Nodes).
