Could Cinder supporting IBM SVC driver? In backend EMC (Clariion, VNX), IBM (DS) storages. In other words, does IBM SVC works only with storwize storages or support all storages in backend (for example EMC, HP and etc.)?

This isn't exactly an OpenStack question. But the answer is yes. You can present any storage to an SVC the same way you would present the storage to a server, and the SVC can use it pretty much the same as anything else.
