How to use SPICE console on Havana?

How to setup SPICE console in addition to noVNC? There seem to exist packages like nova-spiceproxy but I couldn't find any documentation on it besides this. It doesn't give any helpful clues though.

install package opestack-spice-html5-proxy, html5-proxy on contoller. on compute nodes just edit nova.conf

[Spice]
agent_enabled = True
html5proxy_base_url = http://controller: 6082/spice_auto.html
server_listen = 0.0.0.0
server_proxyclient_address = <your node ip>
keymap = en-us

This would be helpfull http://joshrestivo.com/?p=32

It looks like these packages are for Red Hat. On Ubuntu, package names are: nova-spiceproxy and spice-html5 gets installed automatically.

Did you manage to get it to work with SSL only? (ssl_only=true) It doesn't work for me with this option enabled.

I figured out how to use SSL with SPICE: you need to edit **/usr/share/spice-html5/spice_auto.html** and change "**ws://**" to "**wss://**" on line 82.

I followed these instructions on my Ubuntu 12.04 controller and I keep getting Console is currently unavailable Please try again later. Reload. After I enabled spice and disabled VNC. Any pointers?

Can you elaborate on which part goes on which node? (controller, compute-node, instance itself)
