Nowadays you can't do it with openstack. As you can see RHEV is not supported as hypervisor for KVM https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Hyper...

About the integration between openstack and rhev there is only a blueprint: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova...

Thanks...Actually i have Icehouse setup and i have RHEV-M cluster setup.i m moreover interested in integrate of RHEV-M with OpenStack. I went through blueprint but did not get any practical information.
