I want to change region name "RegionOne" to a different value, how do I do that?

I have to create three regions dev, st,and prod and want to name the regions accordingly, so I want to update RegionOne to DEV. I used Fuel 6.0 and have deployed my ennvironment with 3 controllers, 3 telemetry,3 compute, and 1 zabbix. how do I change the RegonOne value to DEV. This will help the developers to select the correct regions when logging into Horizon.

Thank you for showing how to add regions, but one question remains which is, how do I change/update the existing "RegionOne" value to "DEV" without creating a new region.

For multiple regions uncomment this configuration, and add (endpoint, title) in local_settings.py

AVAILABLE_REGIONS = [ ('http://demo1.example.com:5000/v2.0', 'RegionOne'), ('http://demo2.example.com:5000/v2.0', 'RegionTwo'), ]

how do i update the current region name to something else ? will it effect the endpoints also ?
