Juno and Icehouse should install just fine following the directions that are provided in that video.

The error that you have "Error: Connection activation failed: Device not managed by NetworkManager or unavailable" is not particularly an openstack error. Check your /var/log/messages or journal for an associated error that goes with the connection activation.

In meantime F20 seems to be a bad choice due to IceHouse support was dropped and Juno didn't arrive .
Select F21 WKS or CentOS 7 and follow
RDO Juno AIO works fine on mentioned systems.

F20 or centos7 would be the best choices to use for RDO, if you look at the quickstart guide that linked, then it says to stay away from F21 as its still in development. Also icehouse will continue to be supported as RDO works to keep master -2 versions available. I know that Juno on Centos7 works

Once again, I read warning on QuickStart page. I don't know what kind of issues RH has on F21 && Juno. However, simple AIO as well Multi Node packstack RDO Juno installs work on F21 WKS nodes. The issue with LVMiSCSI backend for cinder may be fixed in about 15 minutes.
