Dashboard error with Juno and neutron

All, have installed juno on ubuntu 14.04 and working fine except dashboard. I'm using nova-network and not neutron. Logging into the dashboard fails and the apache logs show:

ConnectionFailed: Connection to neutron failed: HTTPConnectionPool(host='131.227.75.20'

so dashboard seems to want to connect to neutron even though I'm not using it?

Hi Joloughlin , Could you please check nova-configurations. May be some configurations are pointing to neutron.once go to the file (vi /etc/openstack-dashboard/local_settings.py), check the argument

OPENSTACK_NEUTRON_NETWORK = { 'enable_lb': False }

if it is set to true then change like 'enable_lb':False then, restart apache2, memcached services and it's better to restart all the services.
